Rocky Roads

225g Butter
100g Dark Chocolate
2tbsp Golden Syrup
2tbsp Cocoa Powder
2tbsp Caster Sugar
100g Maltesers
50g White Chocolate (broken into pieces)
50g Milk Chocolate (broken into pieces)
100g Mini Marshmallows or Marshmallows chopped into pieces
225g Ginger Nut Biscuits (broken into pieces)
Icing Sugar to Dust

Grease and line a 20cm square tray with baking paper.
Melt butter, dark chocolate, golden syrup, caster and cocoa powder.
Leave to cool slightly.
Put the Maltesers, chocolate pieces, marshmallows and biscuits into a bowl and pour over the chocolate sauce.
Mix well and pour into the tray.
Leave to set in the fridge overnight.
Remove from tin, cut into squares and dust with icing sugar.
